        I occasionally send Marketing materials to surrounding areas. I live in Bryan, Texas, just north of Houston. Possibly you received something because of proximity?

        I keep my Consulting Fees low by selective marketing. Guess you were in the rotation. Enjoy!

    Listening and developing relationships demonstrates “caring.” Everyone wants to feel like their concerns and ideas are heard and respectfully acknowledged, even if these concerns and ideas are not based in reality (are off-base). A gentle nudge, explanation, and even some gentle humor can work wonders when delivered with confidence and kindness (under the right circumstances). JMHO. Sounds like a good book!
